FunnyTummy is a multi-faceted UK-based artist working primarily in oil paint and ink. His practice spans contemporary, abstract, portraiture, and traditional art, unified by a deep exploration of imagination, identity, and visual storytelling.
The spark for creativity was ignited at the age of five. Early influences included comic books such as Spider-Man and X-Men, alongside gaming icons like Sonic and Street Fighter, and the bold visual language of cartoons. While his passion emerged early, FunnyTummy began pursuing art professionally in his early twenties.
He initially gained recognition creating album artwork for major record labels, including Universal Music, before transitioning fully into traditional fine art. Beginning with acrylics, he later committed to oil paint as his primary medium, embracing its depth, texture, and expressive potential.
His exhibition history includes a debut solo show at the Royal Albert Hall in 2013, with subsequent exhibitions at landmark venues such as the Tate Modern and Camden Roundhouse. In 2025, he held a solo exhibition at Castle Fine Art, Mayfair, and participated in a collaborative exhibition with Aston Martin London, Mayfair, further cementing his presence within both fine art and luxury spaces.
A highly sought-after creative, FunnyTummy has collaborated with notable figures including Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Jessie J, Chris Brown, Maya Jama, Andrew Schulz, and Tinie Tempah, alongside commissions for global brands and broadcasters such as Amazon, Adidas, BBC, ITV, BIC, Beats by Dre, and Schott NYC.
Today, his work draws inspiration from travel, photography, cinema, gaming, and the quiet introspection found in everyday moments. Each piece reflects a continuous dialogue between youthful imagination and refined skill — capturing personal experience while inviting the viewer to reconnect with their own.
