Welcome to funnytummyart.com. These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through the website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. About Us

FunnyTummy creates both original and print artwork that is available to purchase worldwide.

3. Product Information

All artwork for sale on funnytummyart.com is described as accurately as possible. While every care to ensure images and descriptions are correct, please note that colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. All prints are sold as described.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated and added at checkout. Purchases are final once your payment has been processed.

5. Order Fulfilment and Shipping

Processing Time: The aim is to process and dispatch all orders within 14 working days. Most orders are sent within 4 working days. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery: funnytummyart.com ship artwork worldwide to every country. All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times can vary and are estimates only.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Returns and Refunds)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the UK and EU have a legal right to cancel an order and receive a full refund, even if the goods are not faulty.

a. Cancellation Period: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your artwork to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.

b. How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please email me at via the contact page within the 14-day cancellation period, stating your name, order number, and your intention to cancel.

c. Returning the Artwork: Once you have notified funnytummyart.com of your cancellation, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the artwork. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

d. Refunds: We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.

7. Damaged or Faulty Artwork

Your satisfaction is top priority. If your artwork arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact me immediately via the contact page with your order number and photographs of the damage.

In this instance, a replacement of the exact same print will be sent to you at no extra cost. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
