CENSORED FORM is a compelling exploration of the human body and the modern boundaries of visibility. In this original work, FunnyTummy celebrates the natural elegance of the form whilst simultaneously interrogating the act of concealment.
The artist employs a sophisticated blend of traditional oil paint for the anatomical rendering, providing a rich depth and warmth to the figure. This is intentionally disrupted by a bold, horizontal strike of acrylic spray paint. This electric blue "censor" acts as both a barrier and a focal point, mimicking the digital redactions often found in contemporary media and social platforms.
